By making a reservation through our website, email reservation link, or any other booking channel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
1.1 Reservation Confirmation
• All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of:
- A valid payment method
- Payment of the required deposit
- A confirmation email from VI&CO
• Please review your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately regarding any discrepancies
1.2 Payment Structure
• There are two payments options available: full payment upon making reservation or 10% deposit upon making reservation.
• If paid by Initial Deposit: 10% of total booking amount due at time of reservation
• Remaining Balance: Due 14 days prior to arrival
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in:
- Cancellation of reservation
- Forfeiture of deposit
*Please note that the 10% discount code only applies when paying full amount upon making reservation.
1.3 Accepted Payment Methods
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Revolut
• Other digital payment methods as specified during booking
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Free Cancellation Period
• Full refund available if cancelled within 2 months of check-in date
• Applies to all booking types
2.2 Partial Cancellation
• Cancellations between 2 months to 14 days before arrival date:
- 10% cancellation fee applies (deposit)
2.3 Non-Refundable Period
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date:
- No refund provided
- Full payment will be retained
2.4 Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes
3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
3.1 Standard Times
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
3.2 Special Arrangements
• Early check-in and late check-out:
- Subject to availability
- May incur additional charges
- Must be requested in advance
4. PROPERTY RULES AND GUEST OBLIGATIONS
4.1 Property Care
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition
• Any damage or losses will be charged to the guest's account
4.2 Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy as specified in booking must be strictly observed
• Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted
4.3 Automatic Locking Doors & Lockout Fee
All doors in our properties close automatically. If you leave your key inside the apartment, you will be locked out. In this case, a member of our team will bring an extra key to grant access. There is an £80 fee for this service. Please ensure you have your key with you at all times to avoid lockout charges.
5. MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
5.1 Changes to Bookings
• All modifications are subject to availability
• May incur additional charges
• Must be requested as early as possible
5.2 Rate Adjustments
• Changes in dates or length of stay may result in rate adjustments
• Peak season or special event pricing may apply
6. SPECIAL REQUESTS
6.1 Additional Services
• Must be requested at time of booking
• Subject to availability
• May incur additional charges

• Dietary requirements
• Accessibility needs
• Additional amenities
7. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Personal Property
• VI&CO is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage
7.2 Force Majeure
• VI&CO reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking through any VI&CO channel (website, email, or third-party platforms), you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood these terms and conditions
• You agree to be bound by these terms
• You are authorized to make the booking
• You are at least 18 years of age
